On April 25-26, 2022, members of the Project Team met online to review the work that was done until that point and to revise the plan for the next steps in the implementation of the project activities since it was disrupted by the COVID-19 restrictions and the inability of the lead researcher on wellbeing economics to complete their tasks on time.
It was agreed in the meeting to fast forward the next steps in the implementation of project activities and finalise the literature review. It was also agreed that the lead researcher on wellbeing economics holds bilateral meetings to speed up the process of finalising the wellbeing methodology, and the same approach was advised in general. Next deadline to complete the remaining tasks was set to 29th of April when the next team meeting was scheduled to take place. Finalising the methodological manual by 2nd of May was set as the priority. Upon its completion, a pilot survey can be conducted and completed before the end of May.
All team members were given a task to send requested information including the list of contacts for the national surveys because they stated that they would not be able to conduct a survey in their own countries, but it would have to be done centrally.
Before closing the meeting, the team members were urged to inform the Project Manager of any instance that can affect the implementation of project activities.
